How to order your customized moon phase：
Provide Date (MM/DD/YYYY), Time Zone, and Approximate Time Of Day (if possible) of the date you wish to celebrate in the custom note box below.
We will verify your moon phase and begin production.
If you would like multiple charms reflecting multiple dates, you MUST order the correct number of charms. Inputting multiple dates but only ordering one charm will still only get you one charm. For example : If you input 3 dates, you need to also update the number of charms to 3.
If your date has a “new moon” (i.e., the first and darkest phase of the moon, which would essentially be a black pendant), we will contact you to let you know and give you the option of moving forward with your New Moon or choosing a different date/moon phase.
Each order includes a card describing the date information and the moon phase.
